Remote starter in Mazda i-touring?

Hi,

I am new in this forums and also Mazda. Can anyone help me out with some questions?

I am currently having 08 Mazda i-Touring with 41794 remote, and I am thinking of replacing it with a Mazda Original remote car key (one can open trunk) that I bought from ebay....will it work with may mazda?

1) you will have to re-program all of the keys.

2) the trunk popper will NOT work unless you already have that feature. which AFAIK ONLY came on 2009 mazda3 models.
