Remote Start for MS6

I'm working on wiring in a remote start with a PATS3 keyless entry bypass and am having a bit of trouble. The wiring diagram that came with the kit was for an 05 Mazda 6, the guy told me it would be the same on an 06 MS6. Wrong... I have the main stuff wired into the main wiring harness under the steering column, but I can't find:

-The keyless entry module. Apparently on the 05 6 it was in the passenger side kick panel with blue wiring coming out.

-The wires for the doorpins and trunkpin

-The wire for the brake switch

-The correct wire for the parking lights. I found the light green/red stripe wires that were spot welded together, but when I wired into them, the parking lights are now constantly on when the car is on, no matter if I turn them off.

Anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram for an 06 MS6, or anyone have pictures of an install?

You should be able to find all of your wires using a standard DMM. If you don't have one, go and buy one, better yet take your car to a professional...

tech sheet for the 06:

12 Volts black/yel (40A), black (30A) + ignition harness
Second 12 Volts
Starter black/blue + ignition harness
Second Starter N/A
Ignition blue + ignition harness
Second Ignition N/A
Third Ignition N/A
Accessory black/red + ignition harness
Second Accessory black/white + ignition harness
Third Accessory
Keysense white/blue + ign harn or BCM, 16 pin plug, pin 4P
Using the status output from the remote start to trigger this wire will disarm the factory alarm without unlocking the doors. The BCM (Body Control Module) is in the driver kick panel.

Right Rear Window (Up/Down) red/white - brown A

Thanks for the help man. I tried calling a few garages but no one would install a remote start on a manual transmission.

Any shop that has alldata should be able to find the neutral saftey wire on the MS6, if they hook it up the RS will not attempt to start the car when it is in gear. It is perfectly safe when hooked up properly..

I just noticed the tech sheet doesn't list the neutral saftey wire for you, I'll check at work tommorrow and post it for you..

Or get a new Directed model. IE: Viper 5101, 5301, or 5701. They are actually set up for manual trans. OR, bypass the clutch. My honest opinion, if you havnt done it before, let someone else do it. You dont want to mess up your transponder or your car will be dead in the water. You also CANT TEST the RX/TX wires you need for the bypass with a DMM.

My input is to leave it to the pros...electrical stuff is always dangerous in my opinion. But let us know how it works out man.
