Recommendations for struts and springs

I was wondering if KYB struts with sportline springs would be ok for a daily, yeah i know its gonna be low, that the point of the springs. My question is will the springs sit too low for the strut piston, cuz i know if you just get lowering springs with the stock struts you'll bottom them out

The best option with springs that low are the Koni Yellows since they are designed to be used with shorter springs. KYB won't work any better than OEM.

I'm very happy with my Koni Sports (Yellows) and Racing Beat springs. The ride can be a bit jarring on the worst of the roads here in mid-Michigan (and the worst are *really* bad), but it's fantastic on reasonable roads. Combined with my Progress Technology rear anti-roll bar, the car handles exceptionally well, has little understeer, and has exceptionally good steering feel. The 0.5" drop may not be enough for some people, but to me, that's perfect for this car as a daily driver in Michigan.

yeah im lookin for 1-2inch drop cuz in my town its literally like the song "how low can you go" but i dont want coils just cuz they cost too much for my wallet, are there any other struts that can take a beating like koni's at that low of a drop

how much did you pay for your entire set up like springs and struts

Well, I have coilovers and a fair amount of custom suspension work, so it's not really relevant

Try the H&R Sport Line Springs, they dropped my car well. I am still using 17's, and it tucked them really well. I am 5 1/2 inches from the ground.

That was the plan to buy them, are they bouncy cuz i know that that low of springs usually take alot cuz a lower center of gravity. What struts you running, and im running 17s too
