Rear suspension noise

I searched the forum for ideas on this without any luck, so let me throw this question out there:

If I press down on the rear quarter panel, I hear a low-pitched squeak. I also hear the noise when getting in or out of the car. It's almost like a groan, not a grinding noise. Does this mean I need new shocks or springs?

It's a 2006 MS6 with about 41K miles on it, absolute bone stock.

Any help would be appreciated! (detect)

It's definitely load-related... getting in or out triggers it, as well as pushing on the rear quarter.

I get the same thing. It sounds like it's coming from the rear brakes, but maybe I just think that because the sound started right after I replaced the pads and rotors.

I get a squeak to its the rear brakes I think My E-brake wont hold well either probably need to take it in to get adjusted
