Rear Speakers For '06 MX-5

Has anyone installed these speakers in the rear of the '06 MX-5? (Scroll to bottom.)

If so, how do they sound? How difficult is the installation?

Sounds like a lot for 2 small speakers (3-inch diameter?) and a piece of cable. Are the cones paper or some other material?
