Rear passenger door won't unlock from key pad or cabin controls.

I'm 17 and have owned this remarkable crossover for 6 months now. But the first hiccup has occurred. The rear right passenger door will not unlock, via key pad or by the cabin controls. I would like to get this problem resolved ASAP. How much would the repairs cost?

No. I have checked numerous times. Someone said that resetting the ECU might fix it.
