Rear panel removal 2014 CX-5

Trying to instll trailer hookup and have unscrewed and popped out all fastners I can find. Panels don't move. What am I missing?

I did not see any info on removing the rear panels. I don't need a trailer hitch or wiring. I have all that, just need info on removing the rear side panels.

The rear side panels don't need to be removed...all they had to remove in the video was the plastic piece under/behind the bumper cover.

Yes, but they didn't install the wiring to the 4-pin trailer connector
