Rear license plate bracket removal

Anyone know how to remove the bracket off the P5 hatch? I can't find it in the service manual... (shrug)

pop off the screws holding the plate, then pop open the 2 plastic compartements with a screwdriver or just your nails on the black plastic bracket and unbolt the bolts that are underneath those flaps.
