Rear Fog Light.....

Anybody know the UK regulations in relation to rear fog lights ?

Got a left hand fog light to fit to the M2 so that I've got two on the rear.....



Thinking of altering it so that I can fit a Stop-Tail bulb instead ? dim lit when the lights are on
and bright when the Fog switched on ?

Good idea on the Stop Tail lamps bulb, they only have them for one side right?

My UK 1.3 M2 has a fog light on the drivers side, this one will fit where the reflector is on the passenger side.....

I've been considering this but I don't think I've ever used my rear fog light /:

Fitted the rear fog & altered the wiring.....

Lights Off.....


Side On......


Brakes On....


Fogs On.....

Looks pretty good! Looks a little silly with 1 being brighter than the other in my opinion, but would you not get pulled over for this?

Edit: or are they not on constantly?

I think it looks damn good & if you get hassled for having extra lighting like that for safety & visibility, that'd be some ****** up s***. Aren't the rear fogs on different sides depending on which country you are in? Well, you have it covered no matter where you go then................
