I have two problems:

1. Has any one had success using needle nose pliers to turn in the rear brake caliper? They seem to just turn and not move in.

2. Does anyone have any suggestions to get rotors off that seem to be rusted on? I have problems with both the front and rear.

1. Best thing to do is get a specialized tool to retract the rear brake piston back in the caliper. Needle nose pliers should work, but make sure you push the piston in as you turn the piston with the pliers. I used a "spanner" tool when I did mine. Pretty much the same concept as what you are trying to do with the needle-nose pliers. Really was a pain in the ass. You just really have to push when your turning the piston. But it DID work!

2. Try liberally applying some WD-40 where the studs come out of the rotor "hat." Wait a little bit to let the WD-40 soak in. Then use a hammer (the heavier the better) and strike the rotor in-between the studs firmly in a "star-like" pattern, much the same as when tightening lug nuts. Go around the rotor a few times. If not loosened yet. Go through process again. Good luck!!
