To anyone that is still following this thread I’m sorry there hasn't been an update. I have been really busy with working on the car.
The assembly and install went off without issue but we all know that when you install a shiny new part it will reveal at least two broken parts.
So after the install we spent a good couple of hours tracking down all the oil leaks in the AN fittings for the DocB setup. Stopped all the oil leaks and preceded to break in for 100 miles, mind you the clutch was broken in at the same time. Dumped the oil and strained for metal. Nothing to be alarmed about damn good machining job done at "Fast Moving Auto Parts" in Orlando, FL.
"Parts that failed in the first hundred miles, my hot pipe broke where it connects to the turbo, fixed with duct tape. The power steering pump went bad picked up low miles at JY.The MAF failed picked one up at the junk yard."
Filled her back up with fresh oil and new filter. Time to take the car on the interstate

Well first had to deal with an over boosting fuel cut issue. Ended up opening the waste gate all the way. Took all the tools and hit the on ramp. Holy crap she was fast this is off boost mind you. Sustained 120 mph for a few miles got off the interstate and that is when everything went downhill again. As soon as we got of the interstate the car shut off and the temp hit max! Long day short it was the ignition fuse. The O2 sensor wires had melted together. Auto parts store did not have the primary o2 so had to wait for a replacement.
I replaced the sensor and got back on the road. I had returned the CAN to a light pre load and was still having over boosting issues. "ThePope540"
Has been helping me deal with the issues.
Sense the CAN is working properly it seemed that it just was not working as fast as the turbo could build boost. Spikes of 15 to 21 psi. Pope suggested that I tap the turbo housing so the CAN would only see presser. My boost is stable at factory psi now but I still see fuel cut due to engine load.
I know I need an ECU option but I am holding out for the work Pope is doing on the stocker ECU. Not having an ECU option does not explain the great run I had at the interstate during the breaking.
I am stumped and add to everything else someone hit the car in my driveway while I was at work. I was devastated!
