i have no rotary experience but I did have one of the highest hp blow through carbbed mustangs (2.3L).
It's not easy at all to tune or get to run smoothly. If you run more than just a little boost you won't be able to vent the boost without damage to the carb and specifically the power valve. I went through 4 Holley carbs all specifically built for blow through and draw through applications. I was only running 9.5psi before it started popping power valves. This may be more of a draw through problem but I don't see how as the throttle plate is at the bottom of the carb just as it is on a drawthrough. The boost backing up through the carb, just those 3" or so, is what kills it.
Just my $0.02 but what do I know about forced induction?!?!?
