Rattly noise from engine on cold start up

Hi, I have a 2020 CX-5 Maxx sport with 35,000km. It has a rattly noise in the engine on a cold start up. The noise goes away after about 10-15 minutes. The noise occurs approximately every 3-4 weeks.

Dealer replaced the water pump but it made the noise again 2 weeks later. The dealer had had the car twice overnight and can’t determine the problem. Their computer doesn’t detect any issues.

Does anyone know what the problem could be or has had the same noise in their engine?

Where are you located? What is the oil specs in your area? 0w20, 5w20, etc.
I'd try a little heavier oil, see if it quiets it down. If manual calls for 0w20 bump it up to 5w20.

Have you compared this to any other CX-5's on the dealer's lot?
