rar40941's build thread

Ya I got the hard where for it and I am going to paint it red the same color as the race beat sway bar I hope in the future I can drop my sub frame and later kit and paint the sub frame and later kit a different color and paint the sway bar and the kmr v brace candy apple red

Ya that is close man but looks sexy man. Here is a pic of my car uncamber but tucking the same. I think I am going to lower it a bit cause the uncambering raised it about another .25 of an inch.

Man - your P5 is turning into quite a nice ride.

A quick question though - how low does that v-brace hang off the bottom of your chassis? It looks (from the picture's perspective) to hang down quite a bit.

The v brace is 3 inchs off the ground not to bad. My exhaust idk how close it is but it isn't messing anything up

My mind is officially blown. I have not been active on any forums in almost 6 years. I have read this entire build thread from start to finish. I had many many laughs at some of the one liners that were thrown in here.

Rar, I had my doubts about it. I saw your car's finished product, and decided I wanted to see your progress. You're grammar made me shake my head, many times over. I will give you props because you def have you're own way of doing things, and in the end it works. It may not be the cleanest, but its unique. I love it. I went the other route with my P5, only because my engine blew, so I put the KLZE into mine. I have some plans for boost this winter, but also going to begin stocking up for my appearance side of things. This thread has expanded my ideas dramatically.

On another side note, along with some negative comments now and then, this P5 community is amazing in their efforts to help out. Many knowledgable people on here that have no problem sharing with others. Kudos to all of you.

I would love to pick your brain on stance, you seem to have much more of a grasp on things than I do. I know roughly what I want, don't know how to obtain it.

If u want to ask question u can ask me or ask the guys on the stance thread they helped me out a lot they are some good guys over there

I also remembered you sayin you ebrake light is on. heres my fix for that. just a inch of aluminum to space a gap out and then just use a longer bolt.

I don't here any rattling at all on mine but ya I did that too with my e breake light is still on lol

May have been asked before but have you given any though into trimming the flares to match profile of the rear bumper? It'd eliminate that gap and really clean the look up a lot.
