Anybody that puts chrome wheels on an M3, S4, or similar should have the car confiscated, then have the living hell beat out of them.

That is the least safe looking roll-bar setup I have seen in a long time. I feel sorry for him if he gets into an accident on the street...his head is going to look like a watermelon after a Gallagher show.
