Ran From Cops?!!!

Ok..so i was bombin down a major highway in excess of 100mph in the fast lane. I see this cop hiding in the woods off to my right. he saw me. I gunned it. All I saw was flashing lights way way way behind me. I ducked in traffic. And get this right next to me is another silver protege5. This might have saved my ass.. since the cop rolled right by both of us with lights and i guess decided to pull someone else over. I will never speed like that again. never.

When running from the cops i use my smoke screen or oil slick. They spin out. If they bring helicopters, i use my machine guns.

Actually i gunned it as soon as i saw the cop. Rush... it was an unbelieveable rush... but kinda like a terrifying rush... time changes and everything. If it hadnt been for the traffic...my elusive maneuvers... and this awsome vehicle... props to mazda... and that silver p5 godsend i would have been toast. However i in no way condone this activity... i feel very lucky and also guilty about this experience

No i was serious. And i know he didnt get my plates cause he was so damn far behind me. And when i ducked in traffic i was obscured by other vehicles. I wish i could have gone spyhunter on them...

HAHAHA...He might have heard it for a sec .... I also had just added a ram air and my K&N cone just came in today Also I had heard that cop cars arent that fast... now i know its true.. and i really am not worried about the ticket... there is no way u could have snagged my plate #

i wouldnt want to run from the cops in anything short of a supersport or a evo 8.. but i guess if the wagon can get away for u.. more power to u.. i just need horsepower for an actual chase like that. -=\

the EVO would stand out too much, just get a MS or Kia with an engine swap and you will be ok when they cant see you...

I had a good lead.. and i didnt intend to do this. But like i said the traffic helped me alot. a clear road and i would have been done for. who knows how long it took him to come out into a road where everyone is doin 60-70mph

my point was.. the evo woulda been outah there..
thats like me saying i would rather be in my dads z06 vette than my wagon.. yeah it sticks out more.. but with 405 hp id be able to get away.. the 120 hp that the p5 may be putting down when lightning strikes aint doin s***.. plain and simple..

another thing though is that the EVO tops out at 155, i would want something better than that when the interceptors can top out at about 180ish... but i know what you mean, i look at the technical side to everything....

i say just get a F-50 and leave em in the dust.... lol

Those interceptors definately dont top out at 180. But i think u people are missing my point. If i was to deliberately go around trying to evade cops i would be an idiot cause even if i had a ferrari or evo or mclaren it wouldnt matter cause first i wouldnt have been able to hide like i did and second cause they do have things like helicopters, spike strips etc... my action was borne from fear and wasnt deliberate.

I "sorta" ran from the cops. I was doing 85 on I-45 in the middle of no where and I saw the cop going the other way, he hit his lights and dove into the grass divider. By the time he got turned around and up to speed I already exited and was gone. I don't think I ran because he wasn't behind me, so fuggit.

Vics top out around 140. The old Lt-1 Caprices ~150. The only cop car that'd do 180 is maybe a vette, or one of the precicts that can afford a Lambo. They don't have to go too fast because of the RADIO!
