Cyl 1 - 155psi
Cyl 2 - 160psi
Cyl 3 - 155psi
Cyl 4 - 165psi
The engine wasnt quite at operating temperature, so the results are gonna be a little low. Its been knocking since I had to pull the cylinder head off and have a helicoil put in about a year and a half ago. The sound is coming from what sounds like the 3rd or 4th cylinder, but the compression test results seem pretty normal to me for a car that has 157k on it. Its also overheating on me, and I can manage to keep it at normal temperature if I have the heat on a little bit. I flushed the radiator today as well, and didnt see anything get flushed out besides water. Any ideas on what can be going on?
