Radio Illumination [vid]

If they go blink blink like this all the time there's some music playing I'll removed the damn leds. Cool when you open the radio and close it but all the time? Hell no.

Don't want a Christmas tree in my car lol....

wow I like that..whats the music?

It was the beginning of "Go" by Andy Hunter. You can find it on The Italian Job Soundtrack ;)

By the way, the stock system sounds great. I was impressed.

Nice, lights don't look that bad - but they might get annoying after a while.

You don't even notice them after a while. Only when a new passenger comes in and freaks when they see it :D

Nope. Only happens when you turn it on/off and when you play with the volume ;) You can turn it off if you don't like it.

I dont get how people say they would hate those lights with what aftermarket units look like, I mean cmon, almost alll aftermarket ones now have very colorful illumination if not full color and the most popular ones are the ones that have motion picture in them or moving lights with the music, how is this worse than that?

BTW Dre I like it, alot.

Maybe because I'm an old fart lol but I see a big difference in a nice animation and a knight rider wannabie light. But since Dre told us that it's only when you open/close or play with volume then I'm ok with it.

The LED light is not a big deal. If you own the Sport GT yourself, you should know that you can turn off the illumination (if you don't like it) as well as turn off the beeps associated with radio volume control. I don't seem to mind it, it makes things interesting and not boring.

(no) Didn't know that because I'm an owner of a sport GT but it arrives Monday...
