Radiator assembly is loose

I went to remove the cap from the reserve antifreeze container, and I noticed that the radiator assembly is loose. Is that normal? Is it meant to float like this? I made a quick video of it.

Yes, I believe that is normal. Radiator is mounted in rubber grommets to allow movement.

It's normal to have a bit of play
