racing beat cat back

does anybody know if the racing beat catback is coming out for our cars?

It already is out...

If I'm not mistaken, the cat-back for the sedan will also fit the MP3. It was designed for the LX/DX/ES sedans (and also a different one for the P5) because RB already had an axle-back that came standard with the MP3, but the cat-back should also fit.

yea

i jsut found out today that it does fit, but u have to take it to an exhaust shop so they can bend it a little down cause the proteges dont have the body kit that the mp3 has.

It's already here, I have the Racing Beat full cat-back on my ES. I love it, It is not a coffee can on the end of a cardboard tube sounding system. It has a nice low rumble and has no buzz to it. Very nice looking system well polished and does not stick out as much as the bosal. Has a nice rolled aluminum tip. I like better than anything else out there. It is 60mm mandrel bent and has a straight through resonator with fewer bends than stock. Rishie at Automotive R&D has them or you can order them through Protege 5 online. I did not shorten the Pro5 model they specific sell one that fits 99-03 DX,LX,ES and MP3. So no worries it bolts right up. Not much of a difference though from MP3 stock exhaust, just different style muffler and a mid pipe with new resonator.

NOPE...it came with the equivalent of an axel back system.
