Race weekend pics

[Rally Ninja]

Last week was the autoCross at PIR. I drove like a drunk and placed near the botton (boom07)

Then yesterday there was a rallycross at the WC Fairplex. My MSP doesn't have rally wheels/tires yet. ( still looking for a set of cheap 15"s) So I took my old rally tires/wheels from my sold integra and put it on a friends AWD Protege.
There was a lot of carnage with bumpers being ripped off and getting stuck. Tires comming off the wheels. Great fun! We both did pretty well in Prepared4wD class. He took 3rd and I took 4th.

Was that put on by the Porsche club ? I knew they were going to have a driver's skill session in the morning that I wanted to go to but since I went to the BMW track day Friday (which was a blast in the rain !) I couldn't.

Those action shots are great... pdxsports, eh? Don't think I've heard of that.

1st Gen AWD = awesome. Those have the SOHC, right? I'd love to BPT-ize one.

Its probably a SOHC. All I really know is that its AWD and can take a beating.

well on feoa.net, and i think clubprotege, one kid is finishing up his awd proitege with gtx (bpt) project! lookign good to, i think with a gtx bumper set.
