This particular case had a manufacture engineer called upon and well, the end result was the dealership lost. This was only on this particular case so I don't want to be called out for being that guy that said xyz...if you know what I mean.
Gotcha. Warranty is a good thing to keep in mind though, especially when you consider what a pain in the @$$ it is to fight for sometimes as well as the monetary costs.
