R.I.P. SA.MSP's MSP

oh, i forgot, the landlord also paid off the fire marshall to write a false report to say that my friends burned down the shop to claim insurance!!! Bunch of BS!!

WTF?

god damn that landlord sounds like a complete ASS

Know anyone interested in a Benz? need to get rid of it and get a beater, it's the only way i'll make it out alive, please spread the word!

Make a for sale thread for it in the Vehicles for sale section of the forum and explain your situation. My might get some luck that way.

Also you might want to talk to a few dealerships to see if they would trade you straight across for a beater car and have them pay the remaining on the car.

Wow! I would report that info to the police if I were you. That might help you out in your court case.

WTF, how did he pay off the fire marshal? Also, how do you know about it? You can probably get that investigated. If the guy was trying to claim fraudulent insurance, why would he burn himself and get 2nd degree burns on his whole body. That makes no sense.

Also why do you keep saying you feel stupid, none of this is your fault. You put your car in a shop you trusted and it burned down by accident...

i just feel really stupid for cancelling the insurance that's all, the landlord is one of the richest guys in the county that the shop was so he is in good with some people, including the fire marshall, so he paid him, my friend has a lawyer to take care of all this but he has no money to pay him right now so he has to wait to get money before any of this moves forward

It happened in Union County, shop was in Indian Trail, right by Dale Jarred (sp?) Ford, on HWY74 (Indipendence)

The car wasn't insured.

Oh I see. I didn't catch that sorry. I only read in the first page of the thread that the shop didn't have insurance but the landlord should by law have some sort of renters insurance and didn't have it.

I guess fire and theft insurance should have been on the car at the very least. I think that type of insurance contract is really cheap, here in Can at least.

Doh... =)

Lots of good luck to you!
I have my fingers, toes, hairs, eyes, arms, legs crossed for you.

this is why you have an amazing chance of winning in court even if you defend yourself bro

don't let this asshat get away with this, there is no reason for you to need to sell the benz because he already ****** up when he bribed the fire marshal to print up the fraudulent report...you can take this guy for everything hes got right now if you wanted
