$$$ Quick Questions before I spend a couple thousand. $$$

OK so I'm about to buy a set a of wheels and tires. The wheels are 18x8.5 5x100/5x114.3 +35 offset 73.1 center bore. What size tires do you think I should go with and other than a 67.1mm car hub to 73.1mm wheel bore should these wheels go on with no problem? If not.. what else do I need to do to make them fit correctly?

215/40 or 225/40 should be fine. and you got xxrs correct? I think youll be fine.

Yeah and Im probably going to get some coilovers. Am I going to need to have my fenders rolled and maybe pulled before I lower it?

Yeah, get them rolled, you dont need a pull.
