Nope, no CELs no ruff starts, nothing at all but a great intake and well protected in the bumpre (Ive seen ITR CAI's and they scare me) Winter is the least of my worries, there arnt as many lake size puddles in the winter, THOSE you need to be carefull with.
Get motor mounts though, there is alot more throttle responce and it makes easy mush out of the stock mounts.

help me out..I have the 2.0 engine, I was thinking about winter we get here and snow isnt all that matters, what about those slushy days .. where it's slush all over(slush? sp) im french, maybe it won't make any sense

Take a peice of 3" pipe thats about 9" long, and attach it after the MAF and before the filter.
You just need to find a way to hold the pipe/filter up, there are ALOT of ways you can do this though, its up to you.

The Ebay Intakes has the same pipe as the Injen that I have, so this pic should show what I mean.
If you already have your Pipe from the throttle to the MAF, do the folowing to the ebay intake.
This way you can switch it back for summer because you will still have all the parts from your Main intake.

looking at that pic.. where you say.. CUT >-- just over that I have a tube that's coming from my engine to the piping...ur's seems to go lower for some reason...
now, if you look at ur pic again, where the CUT ends, THE T in the cut.. just below that i what I beleive to be the maf sensor..now this is my problem.. AFTER that sensor I have one more connecting to the last pipe holding the filter down in the wheel well.
from that pic it seems u dont really have that sensor at all..wtf?
