Question about rims.

Some noob questions about getting new rims:

1: When getting new rims what happens to my old ones? Can I sell them to the people who sold me theirs? Or somewhere else?

2: What is a good style or color for a 05 Mazda 3 that is blue?

3: What is a good spending price for someone with not the highest budget? What would I spend for not the lowest type rims but a mid quality brand or style?

Any other tips on getting new rims for my car would be great. Also any advice on tires would be great. Im not looking for preformance tires or racing tires just the ones like most of the tires I've seen here are like. Thin all around (low profile I believe?) Thanks, Matt

i think 17s are your best bet.
you can get 17 with tires for $600-$700 with cheaper tires or $800-$1000 with an upgrade in rim quality and tire quality. i think wheelmax has good lookin wheels and tire deals at good prices. You will proably want to got with either 215/40 or 215/45 size.
