All I know, everyday the drive to work is a blast. Owned mine for almost a year now and look forward everyday driving it. How many people can say that about their car? That is a year old?

Hell, I even spend some of my weekends just finding new places to drive to.

You did not just do that...tell me ain't so I drove with the empty gas warning light on for 30 miles today so I can put the right gas in my car, I was so worried in the long line that I would have to step out of my car and push her to the pump. Thank god I didn't have to do that, but if I had too, my excuse...I don't want anything but the best for my baby, *hugs the car.

Any idea how many miles or gallons are left once that warning light goes on? I went 30 miles with it on, and I believe I still had 3-5 miles left on it (damn needle took a dive very sharply while in line at the pump, scared the s*** out of me).

I just find my self lookin back (shocked), beepin it while i walk away until i'm out of range (sad2), if im at my house... i beep it WHILE IM IN MY HOUSE... just to make sure its still there (hear ya), if im in the distance and i see people around it... i beep the $H!T out of it until they move (getsome), sitting in the garage staring at it while it sleeps in the driveway (bow), takin multiple HOURS JUST WASHIN IT... and then another FEW HOURS cleanin the inside (yes), takin off every rim to wash the inside (bling), etc...

but I'm not an addict...

id post a pic if it wasnt so dark now.. but my P5 is COVERED in the sand from when is snowed.. the back door is completly brown and the bottom of the doors are getting close...

Hell yea! I was frigging scared cuz that wasn;t snow that was ice and it was falling like hail. After it being covered in ice (i'm not kidding it fell so much it almost covered the whole car), I was checking every square inch just to make sure there were no dents in it.

Oh man am I so glad I'm not the only one that looks longingly back at my car when I have to park it and go to work or when I come home and I close the garage door...

I even use my remote entry thingy to make my blinkers flash before I go into my office entrance...

Personally, I get sick of looking at the anoying pictures in your signature, thats what the avatar is for. If you want everyone to see your car, make an avatar of it or provide a link to your own homepage. We don't need to see it every post.

if you are logged in you don't see the avatar. it's a link. if you are logged out, it shows. at least in IE browser it's that way... but if you are some AOHELL user or something who knows...

Alright, Hello group. My name is Jeff, and i'm definatly a Protege5 addict. I guess you could blame my salesman for letting my test drive my future baby on one of the windiest roads ever! After that, I was hooked. I just got back from a joy ride in my baby, and after reading these posts i can't wait to go back out. When i park her, she HAS to be locked, and if i'm not sure, i'll run back out and beep it. and everytime i do something to my car, i love her a little more.

Please, don't give me medicine, because this is a disease I don't want to lose.
