1. I said it before & I still believe that you should paint your FMIC black. You will still be able to tell that you have one because of the end tanks, but it will look a lot better IMO. - i dunno i kinda like the look...otherwise if i wanted to be more stealth about it i would just put the grille back on, though i DO need to paint the clamps on the hoses at the end tanks. there is something about not wanting to be confused with a ricer..i dunno
2. Bat's smoked fog overlays (previously discussed, $10, do it now, nuff said) - i dont like the fact that he wont accept paypal or CC...i dont feel like writing a damn check for that matter...i know its lazy, but i have limited checks simply because i never use them anymore. every single bill i have either comes directly off of my debit card, bank account, or paycheck. he needs to get with the times if he wants my money.
3. I would paint your rear emblems a satin black. They will still have some shine to them & they won't be too dark to see, but I think it will look better. - i have considered this, and will probably be doing this sometime soon...it will match better with my theme, i just hate painting s*** because no matter how hard i try or take my time doing it, it still seems to flake after awhile.
4. If Bat makes the full smoked P5 tails, I would consider those (pending some pics of them on another P5) in order to eliminate all red from the exterior (except for 3rd brake light LED, but that's fine). - i dont see pics on his site for the full smoked tails, and everything ive seen so far for any protege with the tails period, smoked or otherwise, is ******* disgusting. it almost looks like those GTO black plastic covers people used to put on tailights and headlights.
5. Smoked license plate cover...I think I already recommended this before & you mentioned legal concerns, so maybe just for shows. - valid point, but yea i had a smoked cover for about two weeks and i got pulled over 3 times (thankfully no tickets). also, at shows i remove my plate and put it in the window and i then place my authentic JDM license plate, which is too big for any of the smoked s*** they sell.

1. I'm gonna scan the SCC article in a few minutes...at least take a look at that.
2. I agree...everyone should accept Paypal IMO.
3. I had the same problem with my front emblem...it's speckeld from all of the paint chipping away (I drive on the highway 80% of the time). If you do it, just use some clear sealer & it should be fine. The only time you have a problem is if you want a flat black look because sealer adds more shine.
4. I remember your comments on the smoked tails now...just an idea to make the colors on your car more uniform. There are no pics on his site because he hasn't made them. I made a GI thread: http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=60984

yea it looks hella nice. i was concerned at first becaues the lip looked so bright, but then my paint guy said that it was normal and would fade to the right color after some time in the sun, which it slowly is. now its almost unnoticable...wierd how that paint is...

btw i just bought a new camera off ebay..this other new one i got takes bad pics.

If you where to get overlays for your rear tails, I myself, would recomend the ones that make the whole tail red, or if not those, go for the whole JDM tail light piece, you know what I'm saying. Just a suggestion. Other than that one small thing, that is really only a preferance thing. SO yeah, nice hot ass car man. Post a pic for me with your JDM tag on the back man

JDM tails would definitely be a nice alternative to the smoked tails I suggested & would go perfectly with your Sport20 theme.

car has always been nice but it seems like its on a whole other level now since that lip and roll call was added. im not a fan of roll calls or decals or anything like that but i will have to admit that it does give your car a plus on appearance. the car looks great.
