Nice! I just got back into imports, so I'm learning a bit again. Currently struggling with my exhaust. The mid pipe I got from someone on here needs new flanges. Also, the Megan cat back is hitting the frame. Once everything is taken care of, it won't sound bad at all. I actually am starting to like it, just can't go more than a day without a leak. Any exhaust sounds ultra bad when there are leaks or if it's hitting something or rattling. Right now it's embarrassing, but when it's fixed it'll sound real nice.

My mods so far:
AEM SRI
OBX header
Catted mid pipe
Megan cat back
Blacked side markers and corners
Black bezzled head lights (just did the bake & paint in my garage)
Black altezza tails

Next on list:
Little body work
Including flat black front & rear bumpers and side skirts
Tokico one inch drop kit (springs and illumina adjustables)
Motegi 17x7 flat 5 star style w/ red accent - falcon 205 40 17
CF hood OEM style
CF spoiler OEM style
CF grill

Sorry I can't help with the codes, but definetely go with a header, there is a catalytic converter in the stock header to help with cold start emissions but it really isn't neccessary. Just like Black I went with the OBX 4-1, its a fair price and gives noticable gains and I have herd that when paired with a Racing Beat cat back it's very nice, both in performance and sound (not ricey at all!). That would be my suggestion. Keep us posted ;)

Codes are pretty easy to erase as long as you are sure the problem is taken care of. I have the P0421 code stating "warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1". It is one of the sensors (bank 1) that I transferred from the stock mani to the OBX header. Not an issue that effects the driveability. I was able to borrow the code reader from an O'Rielly's and just erase the code after I fixed it.

So i bought a Non Fouler today, since i had the same code. I still have stock exhaust, so should itry this on and see if it clears my CEL? .Even tho i have stock exhaust>

Hey Taus...if you are running a stock set up, there might actually be something wrong. Before you find a work around, my advice would be to have it checked out.

Nice to see some other CO folks on here! My "build" isn't like some of these other guys who gut everything and throw a V6 under the hood. I just have a decent list of moderate improvements. However, us Colorado peeps should keep in touch. Thanks for subbing, and I'll take a look at your threads tomorrow when I'm not on my cell phone!

And then u saw my build... lol

^ yes, and holy crap, what a hell of a build! Very nice work.

Not fair though...mine is a daily driver...and I don't know how to weld...and you don't get any space when you have a house in Highlands Ranch...and, and, and...j/k! Excuses, excuses! LOL!

Non-fowler trick, and fog light mod completed. Engine light is off for good, and fogs will run without the headlights. I also ditched the tinted lamin-x. I don't think ever use the tinted lamin-x again. Although I wouldn't mind a clear protector on my head lights and fogs. Not cheap replacements!

I'll get some pics tomorrow...or maybe tonight...kiddo is sleeping.

EDIT! How about now?!?

With side markers...

How white do they shine? I was thinking of doing this but wasn't sure how it would turn out short of using LED's, are they just clear 1157s?

Yeah...just clear 1157's. I actually might get some LED's because of the night shade. The light really doesn't show through well. I think LED's would be a better option.

lookin good!. So you were saying i SHOULDN'T try the non fouler trick?

Since i have stock?

I mean idk, i was pondering that a bit. I figured its a cheap mod/fix IF it wrks. And i listed my CEL and codes it threw a couple posts up (like 2 or 3 pages back idr..)

But PLZ share if u have input! Idk what to do, (at least whats best...)

Thanks!
