Every seems to be buying expensive bars for their car but since this is my work car I went the inexpensive route.

My $153 rear Progress sway bar came this after noon after two weeks of waiting; progress was out. I took me less than one hour to install. That's from the minute I opened the box to backing my car out of the garage. The install time included taking pics and examining the bar for fit.

Took a short test drive and the handling is definitely improved. A little more neutral out around the turn. This is the best bang for the buck so far. My only concern is the wimpy end links to the bar. Will they hold up with a 20mm bar?

Your endlinks will sqeak like crazy after about 100 miles.....mine are sqeaking because of my progress bar.

I am getting AWR front and rear endlinks for christmas!

Sorry for the bad spelling. I'm still a little worked up from trying to remove my freaking INTAKE MANIFOLD.

Where did you order the bar from? Is there a web site.

I was trying to replace the screw from the VTCS butterfly valve that got sucked into the engine & killed my #4 sparkplug. My P5 has been running fine since but I was trying to prevent anymore screws from vibrating loose by apllying locktite to the rest.

I got the Progress sway bar from Option Auto. Not only does the man e-mail you with the status of every step of your order but he will call you if there is a problem with your order. My bar was back ordered for 7 days and he didn't charge my CC until he shipped my bar. (wow) I definitely would buy from him again.

werd.. i got my hks exhaust and injen intake from option thru my former sponsor... i think i had Bill working with me at option... i think that was his name.. anyways, dude was real good keeping me updated and the shipping was quality and timely!

I believe it does sedan.

120 miles since install & no squeak. Anyone looking to get one but is concerned with it squeaking check back tomorrow after I put on another 100 miles.

Unless you autocross on a regular basis and on different courses adjustable bars are only good for bragging rights. Adjustable bars for a daily transportation will only lighten your wallet and create more maintenance. Get a set of stronger adjustable end links. This is $$ better spent. Just my 2 cents worth.(blah)

actually i am going to autocross. my first event is tomorrow. when i get some money im gunna upgrade my whole suspension. for now its stock. we shall see how i do.

Good luck to ya. I never autocrossed but know people who do. Advice to me was to get good sticky tires and lots of practice. What you can do to you car depends on the class your'e competiting in.

Does Progress make a front bar as well? I just bought the "kit" from Protegegarage, but I'm assuming it's only the rear and not the front...
