I took it with a grain of salt as though it were an Amazon review. If he really wanted to blast the dealer specifically, there are better local to him places to do that.

Some people are just looking for reasons to be dissatisfied with something to justify something else. I suspect that is the case here.

If the best you can come up with is "the lock actuators are noisy" then a thread like this in which the OP didn't mention anything about seeking help during the warranty, then there's really no way to take this feedback seriously. I mean OP didn't say anything about the dealer experience.
