I haggled every dealership in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.

Put the dealer bastards against each other. Finally el dorado mazda croaked and offered me this deal. Lots of dealers laughed at my request for the p5 to be that cheep. There are dealers who will work with ya.

Hmmm I think I am still missing something My invoice price is around 3500 more than yours. I am only paying 3 thousand more. So in theroy I beat yer price by 500? I think I am going to tell her to throw in a Mazda Exhaust and you have a deal. Does anyone know how much a mazdaspeed exhaust is?

THank you all for the great info and Imput. I got a killer deal on my MP5 back in march (4.5 k off becuase it was an 02 still on the lot in 03) and with the deals going around I convinced my friend to get one. She went the the Stealership yesterday and they wouldnt work with her. So I got all the info off of here and edmunds.com, and called up three dealerships, told them that I am a President of 1 Mazda Club chapter, a member of another, and a member of 3 internet forums and that Im awear of all the incentives available due to the upcoming Mz3 and the surplus of MP5s. All three said that they would take good care of her (I will ofcourse be going with her). So we'll see how it goes!!!

and I somehow pursuaded my wife that it was a much
better buy than a Scion xB which she was really leaning
towards ("cute car" that would have cost just as much)

Ok Well I am a New owner of a Blazk Mazda P5!!!!!!!!!!! Total Price 16,767.32 out the door. I pick it up on Saturday..Thank you everyone for all the help!!!!!
