Did mine last week at a local tint shop for $200 with a strip. 3 years warranty on labor, lifetime warranty on Llumar tint. 35% in the front, 20% in the back.

YelPro03: A "strip" refers to a 4" strip of tint that people usually have installed along the top of their front windshields to help with glare when driving. Makes a big difference if you ask me. Don't have to keep pulling down my darn sunshade and adjusting it all the time.

i got the rest of my tint done today. before i had gotten only the visor "strip" done for 15 bux. today i tinted the rest of my windows for $125. Lifetime warranty. i THINK it's 23% front and 6% back. quite dark, hope i don't get pulled over ;p

a "strip" is that small piece of tint you usually see on the top portion of the windshield. it helps block the sun. often, people use it to make it look sort of like a background to add contrast when they put their team logo on the windshield. hope this helps.

I feel like i paid too much...but the guy did an excellent job.

Truthfully I see them almost as much as I see a Liq. store around here. s*** there everywhere. But it's good keeps there prices down where one doesn't have pay a arm and a leg (like a few prices I have seen posted.) Click on the link and u can see the car with it's tints

I have Llumar Centaur tint.. 18%... it cost me $250 to get the "illegal" tint... but it would of been only $180 for legal 35%

great tint though... one of the best you can get.

Has your moonroof cracked yet? I had to replace mine on my Honda Civic SI when I did that...The people who did the tints for me warned me about it but I was a hard head and still did it and paid the price for it.

got mine done in ft lauderdale for 100$ lifetime warrenty all windows 35%...though i know in MA its ridiculously expensive! well over 200$ in some places BTW tinting the window in a place like canada is much diffrent then fl becuase i was told the same thing about not tinting the sunroof but up here the sun aint so bright/hot so there is less heat beating on the roof of your car becuase many people in MA have tinted sunroofs just my 2 cents though

It hasn't cracked *yet*. In fact, I've never heard of such a thing. When I bought my prelude a while back it had the sunroof tinted and I liked it so I asked for the same when tinting the 5. The tinters didn't mention anything about cracking...as mentioned, could have something to do with the climate here.
