slapping the MSP turbo kit onto an auto P5 will not be reliable. first, you won't be able to boost very much because the tranny can't take the added stress for a long period of time. and if your tranny can take the stress, it won't last very long. a built tranny is expensive. a stock MSP will be able to beat it no problem. you might as well look for a used MSP and trade your current car in. if you have an auto P5, you have no choice but to use your stock ECU b/c it's programmed for shifting, i don't think an MSP ecu will work. you will need some other type of engine management or piggyback to tune it. there are plenty of examples of boosted auto P5s on this forum. do some research.

please. A stock MSP is 150whp.. I'm guessing there's more than a few boosted auto P5s hitting that.

i'm talking about auto P5s with the MSP kit. i don't doubt the capability of a HiBoost kit on an auto P5. i've run with a P5 with a MSP kit. nothing to wow about. read before you post.

well i made my decision within the next couple months im going to give ken a call and start making a list as to what modifications can be done without having to turbo my engine cause quite frankly i dont have 4,000 to spend

2004 si are turds i walked my buddys it had injen intake and evo catback i dont know how much slower the auto p5s are than the manuals but with the mods that dude posted you will have no problem
