02.5 Classic Red P5
So what did everyone else drive before they got their P5? I drove a 94 Probe SE, and I also know several ex-Probe owners who are driving P5's now.:)

Previous cars?

Civics for 12 years : a 1990 Si that I kept for 10 years, it was such fun, and a 2000 4 door EX that was a piece of crap (my wife loves it now).

Before that a 1984 Chevy Cavalier TBI (Canadian edition), that's when I decided NEVER to buy a GM in my life again...(argh) (rant)

Oh yeah, I forgot, also had a 1976 Buick Century, the thing was only 6 years old when I bought it andit was already on its way to the junkyard, kept it together 2 years before deciding never to buy used again...

Wow

Well I first started off with a 1987 Jeep Cherokee then wentonto a 1992 Toyota Paseo then I traded that in on a 1995 Ford Explorer which I can say was hooked up tight until I traded that in on a new 2000 at the time Ford Explorer again. Now I am driving the lovely 2002 Vivid Yellow P5 which I must say I love.

In chronological order:

Honda Civic Wagon 1989 (4 years)
Buick Century 1988 (2 years)
Mazda 626 1998 (2 years)
Toyota Echo 2001 (1 year)

I currently have two Mazda's... My P5 (of course) and a 2001 MPV. IMHO, Mazda is the best kept secret. Great cars at a great price = great value. I did alot of research before buying both the minivan and the wagon and found that you can't get a better car for the money. Honda & Toyota are completely OVERRATED. In a way I'm glad Mazda hasn't "infected" the masses. I drive my MP5 and I'm unique amongst the sea of Camry's, Accord's, and Altima's.
:)

A black 96 Mustang Cobra that I had for 3 years. After my mods it was sucking down gas and couldn't afford it anymore.

The cars I have owned are:
1) 1983 Civic 5spd
2) 1978 Trans Am 400 cube Big Block
3) 1984 CRX 5spd
4) 1989 Accord Coupe 5spd
5) 1992 Sunbird SE V6
5) 2000 Honda Passport (Still Have)
6) 2002 P5 5spd

This is funny because I was just wondering this same thing last night and was going to post on it today. Well let's see for me here they are in order.

1981 VW Scirroco S (3 Years)
1988 Honda Accord LXI Hatchback (2 Years)
1993 Honda CBR 600 F2 (3 Years)
1984 BMW 325I (3 Years)
1988 BMW M3 (3 Years)
1993 VW Corrado SLC (2 Years)
1980 Jeep CJ-5 (1 Year)
1993 Ford F-150 Lightning (1.5 Years)
2002 Mazda Protege5 (1 month)

Most of my cars overlapped each other because I was always working on one of them. And I am proud to say that every single car that I have owned has been hooked up or modified by me in some way. I have had aftermarket wheels and exhaust on every one so far. My 2 all time favorites and I kick myself all of the time for selling them are the Vw Corrado and the M3. The owner of EVOSPORT bought my M3. It was before he started the company but he came all the way out from California and then drove it back. Kind of suck to sell a car and then a year or so later open up a magazine and see it with somebody else driving it. The car made it into European car as well as one of their newer M3's. I still can't beleive he turned my beatiful car into a fulltime racer. But I racked the miles up on it and sold it with 180K on it. Oh well it's time to get started on my P5.

2002 Mazda Protege5 (livin the 9-5 life, with a car to show for it)(purchased Oct 2001, 92 Olds died on the way to the dealership, so I knew I was making the right decision)
