the autos well the shiftronics autos can go up to 340 lbs of torque. again, perf is right, its about hey way you drive. i will be running 8-10 daily, i will let you know whats up with the tranny. i have a lead foot. ;)

I didn't know there would be that much of a difference. I have the Sport Auto. If thats true, @ 5psi I would be running very conservative.

we have three we are going to try. the one on the vehicle now is a T3TO4E
she will support upwards of 550hp for the 2.0
when the new tranny is done we will put the extra 4 injectors on and run 25-27psi. she will use a new intake manifold and be close to 525 HP

what Trim compressor? 57? 60?46? 54??

which turbine wheel? T31? std T3?? T31(HF)..what trim??

Heh, another question. I noticed that huge intercooler, and then noticed the P5. I have an ES sedan, and i know the bumpers are different, and ther reinforcement bar is different. Will this come into play mounting that intercooler?

Where are you getting that number from? Does anyone know the Standard Automatic and the Shifttronic Automatic part numbers. Would be nice if we could find a spec sheet.

I am confident in both Nick and his partner. I do not beat the hell out of my car, but I will on occasion get on the gas a bit. I also am extremely focused when it comes to maintanence and prevention. I'm very much looking forward to having this installed.

I don't think it will be a problem, but I will be down at the shop on friday. Nick can take a look then.

Micah, i talked to some other turbo places and i find out most of what i know from my dad who works with car companies and the engineers who make and design what you all drive. i will see if i can get a spec sheet, i have not had a chance to compare the normal auto with sport shift but will when i get time. but rest assured our trannies are perfectly ok. now an lsd would be nice... they can be made into lsd very cheap and easy if you know transmissions... you could always weld it ;) lol

Cool thanks Micah, i forgot you had an ES too. It will be interesting to see if it fits

Thanks for the info guys.
Nick, you get the pricing straightened away yet? I'm very interested in seeing how this all developes. It's great to see a turbo on an auto. If anyone knows Atlanta traffic, the stop and go is brutal with a manual, as far as Im concerned.

Honestly, I think it will interfere...you may want to go w/ a P5 bumper.

I'm pretty sure the intercooler will fit, we might need to fabricate some drop down brackets. Pardon my descriptive terms of the bracket, but I'm a geek, still learning the gearhead stuff.

I'm not concerned about airflow, the intercooler is massive to begin with. Extremely efficeint for the way my car will be setup. While the lower grill opening on my sedan is smaller than that of the mp3/p5, I don't believe this will be a problem.

I intend to keep my car looking bone stock. I believe there are others here who would like to do the same. A tame looking car that doesn't get any extra attention from cops or little Johnny Ricer.

My car will probably sound a little differint, and the gauges will most likely be mounted in view of the driver on something like this. I originally was thinking of mounting the gauges almost completely out of sight, either sunk into the bottom deck of the stock gauge cluster, or mounted underneath the dash facing up.

Honestly I won't be sure until we get to that point. Trust me, there will be plenty of pics. And I'm going to start playing with Flash tonight for Perf's website. I've got an incredible idea for it, just have to teach myself Flash, and take all the pictures I am going to need for the site.

Cool, I'll be really interested to see how this system works in your car. I had about $1500 saved up towards a turbo, but i got in an accident and had to spend that on repairs so I'll have to wait a little bit to get mine :) But now i get to see a new kit at its best in your car. Good luck.

i low balled it. We did an auto honda at 15psi. But it was going to be a slow increase for the mazda . if i come on saying it will do this and that i cant back it up. but i can 200 torque and 170-180 HP
thanks for the info man:)

Might sound like a dumb question but would the Stage 1 be intercooled? Myself, I was looking at staying at about 5psi which I figure would get me in at about 175-185whp, correct? I most likely would want something very similar to Micah. Looks like he and I are in the same situation. You sound very confident in your product which is great! Also, PM me your #, i'd like to discuss your system in more detail.

every turbo kit i will ever do or offer will come with COMPLETE engine management and intercooler. NO FMU and no non cooler status. I wont sell something that wont perform. Period.
Ask the people who know me i dont fool around when i present something. It needs to be perfect.

.48 A/R and .63 T3 exhaust housing. Standard Ford garret series.
stage I wheel

for the compressor .50 housing and .50 trim or .57 trim wheel.

Right now it is a .48 stage I T3 and 57 trim comp TO4E hybrid set up.
