Pre-Outs on stock deck??

Saw a thread (maybe on another M3 forum) that asked if the stock 3 stereo has pre-outs. Poster stated that the P5 had pre-outs. Anyone know?

Here are the Mazda3 instructions on all the modular audio pieces, it may or may not be of help (I'm not an audio guy and have no idea what pre-outs are):

There are no preouts on any of the stock systems as far as I know. I do not know how the subwoofer connects though. Anyway, all you need is a line-converter to go from amplified-output to pre-out. Many external amplifers have line-converters built in these days.
