Power Stop Brakes

Hey,

I need new brakes to get my p5 to pass inspection. Was looking around at kits and the Power Stop K789 kit is what i'm looking at. Power Stop's been getting some decent reviews from what i've seen online. AutoAnything has it on sale for 244 for 4 rotors / 4 sets of pads.

Any thoughts or experiences with "power stop" brakes?

I have the stoptech pads with blank rotors (c-tek on the front, raybestos on the rear), the braking performance was a nice upgrade over the generic pads I was using previously.

I'm pretty sure you can get everything for under $200 from rockauto.

I've never heard of the "Power Stop" brand before, but I would stay away from cheap drilled rotors. They offer no performance benefit and if they're poorly made they're more likely to crack. The only reason to get those over a cheap set of blank rotors is aesthetics.
