Potential for Tire Rubbing Issues

I have a Silver 2008 MS3 GT and, at the risk of beating a dead horse, have the following questions regarding tire rubbing.

My setup:

1 :: Mazdaspeed lowering springs.
2 :: Mazdaspeed rear camber kit.
3 :: Cobb Tuning rear anti-sway bar.
4 :: RX-8 Wheels (currently running OEM potenzas 215-45-18, no rubbing).

I am planning on buying a set of Yokohama S-Drive 235-40-18.

-Should I expect any rubbing from the front tires during lock to lock turning?
-Should I expect any rubbing from the rear tires, under heavy loads?
-Will rear fender "rolling" eliminate the rear rubbing issues?

It will be 12mm closer to the fender and 8mm closer to the suspension. Take some measurements and see what you come up with.
