Found this of a car rental in California last January. You had to see wife's face when I told her what car they had available... "Are you friggin' kidding me??"

On the upside, installing the car seat and loading all the luggage was a breeze. Also, driving an auto tranny Mazda5 was fun for a change...

It's called RENESIS, yes. "All Mazda Wankel "rotary" engines are essentially a single family — they all derive from the first Wankel experiments in the early 1960s."

it's all good, i'm just a little bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the rotary. a good friend of mine taught me all about it growing up.. and i'm just jealous of your car and picture taking abilities.
