I recleared my vis hood. My cousin did it for me and his paint rep told him not to do it because he wasn't sure how long it would last. He had to hit it with some kind of spray to make the clear adhear (sp?) better to the hood since he didn't sand it (paint rep said not to sand) If you have any cracks the clear will not fill in but I can live with the small cracks I have. Most of the time you can not even tell and it looks way better I would reccomend this to anyone who does not want to spend another 6 to 7 hundred on a new hood. Also I went with house of kolorz clear with 8-10 year life/uv protection.Worbit said:hey kuda, how did you re-clear your hood?
