Yeah....4x4 status but that is how the wife wants to roll. Gotta keep her happy. ;)

(hahaspit) I have done a few minor mods without approval but if I lower the car she'd have one helluva garden every spring in the same corner of the yard.

My wife hates altering a "perfect good car" in fear of breaking something. It sucks because she has a nice 2.3L 5-speed 3 sedan. Before that she had a v8 swapped Mustang built by a drag racer. It was okay though because she bought it that way...
...women...

Finally got her level after months of being 1 inch lower on the passenger side. Lol. Now all I need is som 235s ;)

yea i know, snow on cars is bad and stuff ;) not a garage queen. Besides if i had a garage id have a cool car with lots of power(rolleyes)

Precisely what a guy would say before he had a garage to save face.

You are making yourself look silly by saying that it's no big deal.

I do agree that it's a car, but being jealous of people who have garages, (Which is where the second biggest price tag item is supposed to go)
then basically saying that they are somehow not as cool because they are a Garage Queen... Is just Blatant Childishness.

"A Car is just Metal and Plastic, and is deigned to be outside.."
sure, but that does not mean that is should just sit there for no reason....

Sorry man, we all start somewhere... There was a time before 2005 that i didn't have a garage, and MP5T sat in a snowbank under a cover all winter... No different than what you are doing. Except No Way would I let snow come into direct contact with it, nor would I drive it in that s***.

We have totally different ideas on what is important.

I bought a mazda 3 as my winter beater, and I store the Toy in a Garage.

Keep telling people that it's cool to park in the snow and ice, but you would look smarter if you just said that you want a garage to store it in, rather than the BS "It's Just A Car" Crap.

lol all that means is she doesn't trust your work.

Hahaha, that's what it feels like. I had a friend who lived down the street and came over all the time to work on his cars. This guy has owned roughly 10 cars that he has modified/broken throughout the years. She has watched him mess up many cars in my driveway and it scared her. I would work on my car next to him with no problems. He was impatient and would make use of what he had even if he was missing important tools. Don't get me wrong, he wasn't bad at working on cars, he would fix everything later. He would just do something wrong by accident or in a hurry that would cause us to hop in the P5 and drive to the auto store. I miss those days, modding all summer and cruising around. Too bad my wife only noticed the bad parts

My car and his '88 CRX Si on the Blue Ridge Parkway. He joined the Army and is currently stationed in Kansas
