They are Mazda OEM rain guards. I purchased mine from JDMGoodie, a sponsor on another Mazda forum. They are in the $120.00 range. They are attached with 3M tape and clips. I highly recommend them!!

My buddy Peter at Nextmod messaged me yesterday to advise he got stock in but I don't think it's this style. I'm waiting for a better quality pic so I can tell for sure.

Oh, too bad they are out of stock. Usually they come in pretty quickly! I'd definitely advise holding out for the OEM ones--they are by far the best.
