NATEY, I emailed them told them I was going to come by and they sent this to me

"u dont have the right phone # or address, but im not trying to take his
money i told paypal the item was not shipped and since he filed a claim with
paypal they took the funds he sent me and put them on hold, he never asked
me for a refund b4 he filed the claim so i could do nothing, its all in
paypals hands now, hell get his refund after tehy decide to give it to him."

Sombody got scared quick i sent them that like 15 minutes ago, and they responded quite quickly after i wrote i was going to go by there. Well if they are telling the truth, about the address and phone number, then you can get a hold of paypal, and if you show that there is enought proof that this person is scamming people, then paypal will cut you a check, and then they will go after these people with a collections agency.
But now i have another name and another email address, that I will send to you. Becuase they sent it to me through another name.

Edit: Also, I've been thinking a little bit and just wanna say please don't do anything to get you or I in trouble with the law. There's no reason to threaten anyone, let's just see if we can get some money outta this worm.

since Natey didn't get his complaint in within the specified block of time (30 days with Paypal) I can't imagine that Paypal is doing anything... they have no obligation to do so and it only costs them time and money to do so. I'm imagining that this guy is full of crap but Natey will be able to give you the most complete answer
