Polk db351 capacitor?

Hey guys, i've been reading this forum and it seems that a lot of people have recommended replacing the dash speakers with polk db351s. I just purchased these and noticed that it came with some capacitors. So the question i'm asking is, what am i supposed to do with them?

they are bass blockers, attenuates the low frequency stuff to keep them from blowing.
