They had a large selection of parts (with just about all of them in stock and available), the pricing is very competitive, the website was very easy to use, the return policy is generous and works as promised, and the customer service was excellent.

I'll second your review. I love RockAuto.com - it is an awesome place to get parts for a fraction of OEM cost. I noticed a bunch of other parts websites have taken down their "Price Match" guarantees because they were getting their asses kicked by RockAuto.

And the people who run the site are based in the Midwest, so you can actually understand what they're saying, and English is their first language. I'm not hating on any foreigners here, but it is very annoying to have to repeat basic words and sentences 5 or 6 times to a customer service rep based in India.

Yeah, just got a full set of front brake parts for the gf's car, great pricing. Even with shipping they were cheaper than the local parts places, and good selection of brands too.

Ill do lots of my ordering through them if I can in the future.

+1. Rockauto is a great online store. For any OEM parts I don't think you will find better prices. They also ship very fast. I received parts in 2 days via standard ground shipping.
