Hey guys....I should have an MP3 by Spring, and I should have some extra money after I buy it. I am not going to go the performance route on this car....I've been there, and done that. I've had a 13 second car....and hopefully one day I can have a low 10 second car...but the MP3 is not going to be that. I just plan to get some kind of CAI (I hate the way stock airboxes look).

Anyway, I was thinking of going more towards an AV and appearance oriented car. I have the small exterior touches figured out, but I am CLUELESS when it comes to AV stuff.
There are a couple of local sound shops here in town, but I only know one of them well. They sell Pioneer and Premier equipment. Just wondering if you could help me figure out what would be the best setup.

I am thinking about getting 2 TVs in the headrests so whoever I am taking in the passenger's seat can see what is playing.

Also, one main DVD player with retracting LCD screen (it would be best to have the DVD player and the screen in the same unit)

Also, a small sub setup - I don't want or need HUGE bass - been there before, too. I just want something that will sound nice

Speakers - there I have no idea....how many, what size, what model....I don't know

Amp - Also not sure. Last time I had a Premier 600W amp

I think that's about it....any other suggestions (within reason) would be helpful. I want it to look pretty much sleek when everything is off (ie...no dash mounted TVs or anything).

Also, do TV tuners actually work for cars? What would be the best route to go if I didn't only want to watch DVDs but also maybe get a few channels on the TV?

Thanks for any help guys - I really would appreciate it. I am just so completely lost when it comes to these things......turbos, engines - I am good with that.....not electrical stuff.

:) Tyler

I'll just let my friends help me...probably won't do it anyway - friend said it would be "ricey"....probably right
