Not every car reacts the same way to the same mods. People forget that, if you can do some data logging (DashHawk) to see exactly what's going on with your numbers then that will help you pinpoint/troubleshoot the source of the problem.

I wish I could afford a dash hawk.. but with the economy the way it is they cut back on overtime at my job.

I don't know if your "sputtering" is the same thing Bravnik was experiencing, but it might be worth a check of your HKS BOV just in case before you start spending a lot of money. He's a pretty knowledgable guy and was stumped until he stumbled onto the missing/loose screws.
