Please help: 2005 Mazda 3 2.3L Oil Capacity

So I'm changing my oil and crack open the manual to find out how much oil I'm supposed to put back in the engine and come to find the manual doesn't say anywhere what the oil capacity of the enginge is... I would assume it's 4.5q but I have no idea. Anybody here have any experience with this that could tell me for sure what the oil capacity of the 2.3L engine is?

The manual does say....in the Specifications section at the back. 4.5 w/filter change, 4.1 w/o.
