pICS OF THE WW kit on a P5

favorite pic

Hey guys, I just signed up and I wanted to add my favorite pic of the car. I love the software that this forum is running on, it's one of the best software I've seen so far. Anyways, thanks for all the comments and even the rice ones. I'm past the point of getting all worked up over what some people say about the car just as long as I like it is all that matters right?

Exactly (thumb)

I'm not into the WW kit...but in this case I think everything goes together well...sweet car. (redp5)

Man.... before reading any of the posts below the initial pics I said to my self "WOW that looks great!" RICE never entered my mind at all. That is a siK ride... and I'm now considering getting that kit. I have to say though that the P5 looks way better w/o the "extreme flares" those just didn't fly, but that is just my opinion. :D ;) :p

Savaho, any rubbing from the rear tires? Those where my first choice in rims, but could really not tell if they where going to rub a lot. Nice ride!

rubbing

Mac, I did experience rubbing when I first installed the 18" C2's with 225/35/18 tires. I rolled the rear fenders flat as a pancake and I used a dremel tool to trim the inner wheelwell lip part of the rear bumper. Having 225 Nitto555s didn't help either but I hated the stretched look of 215's. The part where the rear bumper fastens to the quarter panel (in the wheelwell) had to be bent upward slightly.

It's pretty nice because it's clean. I'm sick of obnoxious, sloppy, and just simply overdone body kits. This one's simple enough and flows rather well.

(redp5) (drinks) cheers to one of the best looking p5's i have seen yet. maybe one day mine will look like that. maybe sooner than i hope since i went to leave my parents house the other night and the little red wagon decided to go hump a tree. yep, cracked the bumper below the drivers side fog light and cracked the drivers side headlight. so maybe i will post pics of my car w/ some body work. oh well s*** happens. NICE CAR THOUGH

Equinox has the WW front bumper, I saw it in person last weekend.. it looks REALLY good, IMHO. The differences between the WW and the stock one are pretty discreet, but noticable.. it's just good and clean looking and stuff.

Do you guys think that the WW front bumper would look good with the mp3/P5 side skirts? because I don't like the WW's much, they look a litle "overdone" IMO.

There is a protege ES at the dealership where I got my P5 from that has that same kit. The whole front bumper was changed from the regular ES bumper to an MP3 bumper. I like the way it looks! Not calling for too much attention! Just plain and clean... Nice for cruisin'.

Good looking kit, IMO - I don't think I'd put it on MY car, but I can appreciate the lines and the quality install. Looks pretty nice.

BUT - anyone else realize there's nothing on the rear bumper? WW needs to step up and make a rear for the P5 - that kit looks slightly incomplete because the lines don't flow to the rear bumper.

Just my $.02
